Dear Mawson Lakes Community Church family,
We’re thankful for the way God has sustained us through every season, including the flexibility of online services. After prayerful consideration, we believe it is the right time to return to face-to-face worship every Sunday, rather than having one online-only service on the first Sunday of each month. We will continue to have the live-streamed option, now available every Sunday. This change commences on the first Sunday of October 2026.
Meeting together weekly helps us encourage one another, worship as one body, grow in fellowship, and welcome others more warmly into our church community. Those new to our church won’t need to check the website or social media to determine if face-to-face worship is happening on a Sunday, as it now becomes the norm. Being physically present matters deeply in the life of the church, and we believe this change will strengthen us all.
With this return to weekly in-person services, we now have some new vacancies in our roster. If you are willing to serve in Bible reading and prayers, tech support, communion preparation, chair set up or coffee serving, we would greatly value your help. These are simple but important ways to bless the church and support our Sundays together.
Please prayerfully consider whether you can step into one of these roles. Simply let Bonita or Tania know in which areas you would like to serve.
