I’m new here and when you’re new you notice all sorts of things that after a time become familiar.  Here’s what I’ve seen, and absolutely love!

At MLCC, there’s (in no particular order):

1. friendly and welcoming people
2. coffee before church and after church – I love that
3. permission-giving leaders
4. an e-newsletter rather than a printed bulletin – how cool
5. people from culturally diverse backgrounds who feel welcome
6. genuine love for Jesus and one another and a desire to make a difference in the community
7. a prayer team – how comforting
8. options for worship that work for busy lives – thanks to livestreaming and placing sermons on YouTube and our website
9. a relaxed atmosphere
10. lots of folk from a variety of faith traditions and all are accepted
11. caring people
12. a family feel
13. a variety of ages and stages
14. Jesus
15. a church full of sinners who, because of Jesus, are also saints!
