Michael has over eighteen years’ experience working within faith-based charities, providing care and leadership in support of the most vulnerable members of our community. His work has centred on walking alongside men as they grow into safer, more present fathers and partners — with a clear focus on improving the wellbeing and safety of women and children.

A father of three boys, Michael brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his leadership. He is deeply committed to strengthening families, fostering resilient communities, and investing in the next generation.

Michael has a strong interest in relationship-building and strategic collaboration, particularly where partnerships can create meaningful, long-term impact. He counts raising three energetic boys as his greatest leadership training ground and maintains a long-standing admiration for Queen Elizabeth II — particularly her steady composure, dry wit, and unwavering sense of duty (qualities he aspires to demonstrate, especially on minimal sleep).
